Air Malta has flagged a technical glitch causing 24 flights to inadvertently show as cancelled.

The “technical system error” affects flights between Malta and Rome, Linate, Prague and Nice between 5th and 8th April.

The national airline clarified that the flights “will operate as scheduled”.

It asked passengers who are unable to complete the online check-in to instead check in physically at the airport.

“Air Malta is working hard to resolve this error,” it said.
