Malta’s newest rewards app, Loyale, is set to be launched in the coming days. The app’s developers are the very same behind the widely popular Lava Rewards, Costa Club Malta, and many other reward schemes.
Rewards applications aid businesses to retain loyal customers and engage, increasingly important attributes at a time where spending power has taken a hit over the past year, due to COVID-19.
“We understand that most businesses are currently struggling, and we want to do our part in trying to help them get back on their feet when things are back open. We’re giving away three months for free to 20 businesses that are currently struggling. Deadline to apply on 26th March,” says Bjorn Azzopardi, founder of the rewards platform and marketing engine, Loyale.
“Our plan is to start slowly and have a variety of brands available by summer,” he continued.
“Over the past four years, we have dedicated considerable effort, research and investment to become market leaders in the loyalty space. We have worked with over 30 brands, including international franchises like Costa Coffee, Nike, Panino Giusto, Alf Mizzi, and more registering over 300,000 users on our database,” says Yanis Azzopardi, Head of Growth at Think, the team behind the Lava Rewards and Costa Club Malta rewards apps.
Loyale is now making its rewards platform more accessible to all brands at very reasonable prices in a one-for-all mobile application, in addition to the free three months for 20 businesses.
Customers will have one app with multiple shops that offer some form of rewards scheme, although all being on one app, points rewarded shall only be redeemed at the respective store from which the points have been collected.
