On sale for an eye-watering $305.6 million (€256.1 million), the NIRVANA was delivered by Oceanco, a renowned custom yacht builder owned by Oman’s private investor, Mohammed Al Barwani.

The sale is reportedly being handled by Edmiston brokerage and is the latest in a line of yachts to be kitted out with sports and entertainment offerings, including ten jet skills and tenders, a 3D cinema, a stage for live performances, a jet pool floor that rises to create a party space, and an exotic glass reptile house.

The sundeck boasts a 3-metre pool, and, behind a fully certified helipad is further sunbathing and entertainment space.
